Egidi is the well established name of a dynamic and strongly innovative productive reality for paper and cardboard manufacturing since 1974. 1t has developed to the utmost quality specializing in paper bags, cardboard boxes and gift packs. It has reached today its fourth entrepreneurial generation and it is situated in a 15.000 mq area, 3 Km. distant from the motorway exit of San Benedetto del Tronto. The firm is equipped with up-to-date machineries and tooling that grant a high quality production in the paper and cardboard sector. In order to achieve the fastest service in delivery, the Company has arranged a logistic warehouse in Martinsicuro (TE) and cooperates with the sorting deposit in charge in Sesto San Giovanni (Ml). The second one represents an important reference in Northern Italy.
The industrial dimension of the company, its modern technology, the continuous search for the newest and most efficient technical solutions, its quality control ISO 9001 certification and the team-work of a qualified staff enable Egidi to work out any kind af project. Starting from a graphic file or from a simple outline, we gain the final product, proudly working all its phases within our Company. Moreover, in order to comply with the customers' taste and to fulfil their expectations, we can adapt according to the personal needs the graphical artworks that we receive from external graphic studios. This can be arranged of course, according to the characteristics of the printing and the required paper or cardboard. Our working process develops in the following phases: outline, digital pre-press, plates engraving in CTP, press, UV and hydro varnish, lamination, matching, dye-cutting and gluing. Particular refinings can be further worked such as hot-foil stamping, relieves, lamination with metallized films (model"Pantone"), matching with special papers.
All the phases are realized with sophisticated highly technological equipments which allow rapid changing in the production process and quick shifts in the use of materials, ranging from 110 g papers to thicker materials 1.7 mm. Thanks to these resources we are able to supply every kind of packaging: from the most elaborated to the most competitive in the market.
